What is La Collab? It’s the strategic and creative squad of Lonsdalians born after 1997, the agency’s Z collective! It’s the “safe space” in which they can exchange freely, help each other and grow. The Collab is also about networking for young talents on a global level, thanks to ongoing exchanges with our sister agency CBX in the US, and our network of ISCOM students; which allow us to explore the cultural nuances of Gen Z. It’s also an opportunity for our interns, work-study students and juniors to offer a fresh perspective and an alternative approach by responding to the briefs of the biggest brands in a proactive and innovative way.
