URW is a demanding group, looking for international, enthusiastic and dynamic talents to support its ambition (reinvent being together).

Sustainability, a stimulating environment, boldness and passion are the essential elements that the group wishes to promote.

Lonsdale helped URW formalize its EVP and translate it creatively.

  • How can we demonstrate our collective ambition?
  • How to attract the right talent and make current employees proud?
  • How to embody boldness and creativity while evoking urban renewal?
  • How do you evoke boldness without scaring off current employees who don’t yet fully identify with this value?

  • Internal activation: playbook, kakemono, photocall, posters, internal mag.
  • External activation: careers page update, posts, banners, making-off shooting, employer branding film.
